A celebrant-led ceremony gives you complete freedom to create something truly personal. It can be held anywhere you choose, at any time, and you can include whatever elements matter to you - your own vows, your own love story, favourite music, poems, quotes from your favourite movies. You can involve friends and family and even pets - dogs make great ring bearers!
As someone who had a humanist celebrant for my own wedding nearly 20 years ago, I know first hand how powerful it can be to have a ceremony that truly MEANS something to you in a location that matters to you. (Mine was in a family barn then on the banks of a river!)
My Process - Making It Easy for You
1. Initial Consultation
We'll have a relaxed chat (usually via Zoom) about your vision, style, and what you're hoping for from your ceremony. This is your chance to see if we're a good fit!
2. Planning & Questionnaire
Once you book, I'll send you everything you need including my detailed questionnaire that helps me understand your story, your relationship, and your dreams for the day.
3. Writing Your Ceremony
I'll craft your bespoke ceremony script, and we'll work together - through calls, emails, or meetings - until it's just how you want it to be.
4. Your Big Day
I'll arrive calm, prepared, and excited to help you celebrate! My goal is to be a reassuring presence while delivering a ceremony that has your guests laughing, crying (happy tears!), and celebrating your love.
5. After the Ceremony
You'll receive digital copies of all materials, a commemorative certificate and copy of the ceremony; and I'm always here if you need anything for future celebrations.
